Former Wales Manager who came within a whisker of leading his country to the World Cup Finals in 1994. As a player he featured for Leeds United, Coventry City, Tottenham Hotspur, Bradford City, Swansea City and the Welsh national team, where he won 59 caps and captained the side.
As well as the National side he also took the helm at Bradford City, Swansea City, Cardiff City and Sheffield Wednesday as well as assistant at Huddersfield Town, and also internationally managed Lebanon.
Terry joined the club in June 2008 with responsibilities to direct and take overall responsibility for the restructure and development of the clubs long term future. Took over as manager following the departure of Barry Ashby in October.
He is the third member of his family to be associated with Margate after his brother Dai and nephew Dean both played for the club.
Resigned in September 2009.
